$275 plus GST per team nomination fee. Will be invoiced to Association on acceptance of nomination
Nominations are open for all Hockey Queensland affiliated associations to nominate teams to attend the Queensland Men’s Masters State Championships at Cairns Hockey from Friday 1 May to Monday 4 May 2024. Players should expect that games will commence by 12PM on Friday 1 May 2026.
34+ age group - For players turning 34 by 31 December 2026 (born 1992 or older)
44+ Age Group - For players turning 44 or older by 31 December 2026 (born 1982 or older)
54+ Age Group - For players turning 54 or older by 31 December 2026 (born 1972 or older)
It is expected that each age group will have 2 divisions that will play off for a medal. Divisions will be determined after the first couple of games based on results. 2025 results will be used to seed teams in the first instance.
Team Nominations close on 1 April 2026. Late nominations will be only be considered at the sole discretion of the HQ Men’s Masters Committee and will only be included if it supports a better draw being developed. So please don’t miss the closing date.
Final Players and Numbers / Coaches / Umpires and Technical Officials close on 20 April 2025 and will be loaded in HQ Altiust system
