The purpose of Hockey Queensland Mens Masters is to promote, develop and oversee programs and events to ensure high levels of competition, improved skill development, increased participation in playing and improvements in men's mental health.
The organisation is managed by the Hockey Queensland Mens Masters Hockey Committee which is a subcommitee of the Hockey Queensland Governance Structure.
The focus of the commitee is on organisaing Queensland Men's Masters State Championships and coordination Queensland Men's Masters teams attendance at Hockey Australia Masters National Championships
