This is a Queensland Men's Masters Skills Training Session. 

This 2 hour session will be focussed on stick on ball activities. While no road runs and fitness tests you will work up a sweat with many game pace skills and activities. 

Open to all Men's Masters Players and some invited guests. 

Cost is $10 paybale on the day.
