CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL QLD TEAMS WHO REPRESENTED OUR STATE IN SYDNEY 2013
It was great to see the professional attitude and sportsmanship of all our State Teams at the National Championships in Sydney. You all did Qld proud and even though Qld was underrepresented on Grand Final day every team gave above and beyond their best and the friendship and sportsmanship throughout all age divisions was a credit to the coaches, captains , manager and of course to all the players.
We should be proud of the fine tradition of Qld Masters Hockey and the encouragement given at all levels and ages to each other. Those of us who spoke to players from other States realise just how fortunate we in Qld are to have camaraderie of the Qld teams.
